Solar Shine Cleaning Solutions provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to: 

  • Solar panel cleaning 

  • Pressure washing

  • Related residential and commercial exterior cleaning services 

All services are performed on-site at the customer’s property and are subject to availability, weather conditions, and confirmation. 

3. Use of Website Forms 

Information submitted through website forms is used exclusively to: 

  • Respond to service inquiries and quote requests 

  • Schedule and manage appointments 

  • Communicate service-related information 

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting any form. 

4. Service Scheduling, Cancellations, and Modifications 

  • Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. ● Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge. 

  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled service time may be treated as a late cancellation.

Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been rendered. 

5. Pricing and Payment 

  • All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). 

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or other methods communicated by Solar Shine Cleaning Solutions prior to service confirmation. 

6. SMS Communications 

6.1 Transactional SMS Messages 

By providing a phone number and submitting a form, users consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to: 

  • Appointment confirmations 

  • Appointment reminders 

  • Service updates 

  • Account or request-related notifications 

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to the user’s carrier. Users may reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
